Spirit of Christmas Sailing on Steamship Sir Walter Scott

This 60 minute sailing from Trossachs Pier includes warm mulled wine, mince pies & carolling on board as you glide past stunning Trossachs landmarks such as Ben A’an and Ben Venue and Brenachoile Point, from the Gaelic for "above the trees", before returning to the pier.
On board the Steamship Sir Walter Scott, visitors can enjoy a relaxed festive atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, informative commentary about the area’s history and wildlife, and a small licenses café serving refreshments. The ship is named after Sir Walter Scott, whose famous poem The Lady of the Lake helped popularise the region in the 19th century.
A trip on the SS Sir Walter Scott is less about speed and more about soaking in the peaceful beauty of the Scottish countryside—what better way to get in to the festive spirit.
The Steamship is proudly fully accessible.
We are delighted to be able to offer a fully accessible experience on the Steamship. Level access is provided from the carpark on to the vessle with staff on hand to provide assistance if required. A fully accessible toilet is also availablke on the main deck with signage in both brail and large print to assist those with visual imparements. Complementary wheelchairs and mobility aids are also avalable on site should they be required.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on board in the outdoor seating areas and lower saloon.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before sailing time and collect your boarding pass from the booking office.
We reserve the right to cancel sailings on the day due to adverse weather, or offer a smaller boat on quieter sailings.
